I like to include variety in my class. So no two weeks will be the same – I use light equipment such as flex bands, Pilates balls and blocks…but mainly we use our bodies.
My style is a mixture of the basic principles of Pilates with contemporary twists from other practices such as barre and yoga. I like to add challenge to the practice but it is guided by you and your body. We will stretch and move our bodies to feel better than when we first came to class…intrigued? Give it a go!
