I have attended Jen's group classes and 1 to 1 sessions and always enjoy both. Jen's attention to positioning and adjustment is beyond any instructor I have experienced before. I feel confident I am getting the absolute maximum benefit out of every position and exercise. Jen's energy is calm, playful and unpretentious and this really drives the mood of the class, it's such an enjoyable experience and my body thanks me after every session.

I've been taking 121 Pilates classes with Jen and it's been amazing. Jen tailored the sessions to my needs and she provides a variety of exercises so it doesn't get boring. She made me work hard and I found our sessions energising and calming at the same time! She always takes the time to explain and correct my alignment or posture. She's very easy-going and it's nice to have a chat and a laugh while working out. I definitely recommend Jen for pilates sessions and group classes.

I first discovered Jen's classes at a studio local to me, I then started going along to her online classes. She is a wonderful teacher; kind, funny and enthusiastic. Jen is a fantastic Pilates teacher! I enjoy her mixed ability classes especially as she makes the effort to change the routine so no class is ever the same. The Sunday chill has been a great addition to the timetable too and a perfect way to start the day. I certainly notice the difference when I don’t keep up with my Pilates, mobility and moment is so important. Keep it up Jen!

I have been doing pilates with Jen over a year now. I absolutely love her classes and she is a wonderful teacher. Her classes are very well thought and planned. I feel I work every part of my body each week and my body feel amazing afterwards. Don’t worry if you are an absolute beginner or very experienced. Jen always gives you several variations of the same exercise for different levels. Jen is so so so nice and supportive, so if you feel a little bit anxious to do pilates for the first time, do give it a go. You are going to love it.

The Benefits of Pilates
I truly believe that Pilates is for everyone. It doesn’t matter your shape, size, age etc there will be a Pilates practice for you.
Pilates can improve posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility, as well as relieve stress and tension. A lot of people use Pilates to complement training by developing whole-body strength and flexibility, and help reduce the risk of injury.
